To ensure your coffee machine operates reliably, lasts long, and consistently brews high-quality coffee, it is essential to follow the installation guidelines. We strongly recommend and require the installation of the following three components:

1. 30-Micron Mechanical Water Filter. Protects the coffee machine from mechanical contaminants such as rust and sand, and prevents corrosion. The filter element must be rinsed at least once every two months.

2. Pressure Regulator (Reducer). Stabilizes water pressure. The optimal inlet pressure for an espresso machine is 2–3 bar. Pressure above 4 bar or below 1.5 bar can damage the machine and negatively affect coffee extraction.

3. Water Softener (Cartridges). Prevents limescale buildup, which reduces heating efficiency, damages valves and the boiler, and leads to equipment failure. Water quality directly affects coffee taste: hard water makes coffee flat, while overly soft water can make it taste too acidic.

Please note: If these three components are not installed, our company will not provide the 1-year warranty. Additionally, we cannot guarantee stable equipment operation or high coffee quality.
