INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cocoa powder (30%), potato flour, flavorings, salt, thickener: locust bean gum. Produced in a plant that also processes nuts, eggs and egg products, soy and soy products, milk and milk products. Gluten free.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: pour the entire contents of the jar into a container with 4 litres of milk. Mix well and pour the mixture into the hot chocolate maker. Heat the hot chocolate maker to approx. 90° for the first hour, then turn it down to 75° after one hour. Keep in a cool, dry place. Best before end: see date on bottom of jar.
