About Us
The Coffee and Tea Georgian Association is an independent industry platform that brings together everyone involved in the world of coffee and tea in Georgia — from producers and roasters to baristas, distributors, cafés, and passionate enthusiasts. Founded by the team behind BB Company, the association was created to build a strong and inclusive community for developing coffee culture across the country.
Our Mission
- Promote the production, import, and sale of high-quality coffee and tea beverages in Georgia
- Foster a collaborative environment among competitors, brands, and industry players
- Represent the interests of the industry before government bodies, including tax and customs policy
- Organize exhibitions, championships, trainings, and events both locally and internationally
- Inspire and cultivate a deeper love for coffee among the Georgian public
Funding Model
The Association operates as a non-profit with a sustainable model supported through:
- Annual membership contributions
- Donations from foundations and individuals
- Sponsorships from major companies
All incoming funds are fully reinvested into the association’s mission — advancing the industry, supporting education, participating in global events, and improving the business environment in Georgia.

We maintain close partnerships with leading international organizations, including the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and other global institutions active in the coffee industry.
